Cozy Cottage Retreat
Spaces to enjoy
New Buffalo Cottage is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The home boasts a large living room with big, bright windows and a cozy fire place. There is a couch, chairs, coffee table and dining room table here. The dining room table is typically setup for four people, but can expand to fit 12. The fully-equipped kitchen has a freezer/fridge, oven with gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and ample prep space on counters. The drawers and cupboards are filled with utensils, plates, cups, mugs, etc. The kitchen houses pots, pans, slow cooker, instant pot, coffee maker, keurig, and more.
The basement/lower level is an unfinished basement that we've converted to a laundry room and game room. You will find a washer and dryer down here available for use during your stay. The game room has a ping pong table, card table and skee-ball game. There are upholstered seating spaces down there as well.
The outside
The backyard patio has a large lounging area, we ask guests to take the cushions out of storage and put back in after their use. There is a grill with gas available for your use. There is a fire pit with six adirondack chairs. There are additional folding chairs in the storage container. The front yard porch is the ulitmate morning coffee people watching spot. We've place two chairs out there and a small table.
Sleeping arrangements
On the third floor, we offer a king size bed in the primary bedroom. In the loft bedroom, there is a full over queen bunk bed and a twin-size bed available. On the second, main floor there are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The living room couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The pillows, comforter, and sheets for this are in a bedroom closet.
